RE: Worst dish mom made?
My mom is a good cook, but there were nights we had to sit at the table for hours until our plates were cleaned... liver nights, mrs pauls fish sticks and the like.
When we got our first microwave mom didn't know how to use it of course (who reads manuals anyway??) so the first meal she tried in it was fish. She guessed it would cook twice as fast as an oven and set the time accordingly.
We learned some lessons that night.
1. at least glance at a manual for a new product
2. NEVER microwave fish! Man that stunk!
Mom also never throws anything away... I still have the microwave safe container with the black spots from that fish on the lid.

I use a refurbished Black and Decker 14.4 volt that I got for $20 from the Black and Decker outlet. I use my drill almost daily, not heavily like construction use but it gets used for furniture assembly and repairs...
I bought it 5 years ago to use until I could find a "real" drill that I liked... Finally last month I bought another drill of the same type, and only because it was cheaper than buying a replacement battery on it own.

The end was kind of a let down... it took that long to find someone with a fairly high profile job??? That was a poor wrap up. About the very end, yeah that will be rather different next season!

the state not wanting them in areas of the park because they dont like the looks of them in natural areas of the park
There are some options to plain cell towers, locally we have one that appears to be a tall (and thick) flagpole. I haven't heard how much more expensive they are than a traditional tower, but they sure look nicer!

head west on I-70 through Ohio & much of Indiana (no tolls), go AROUND Indianapolis on I-465 South (shorter), then take I-74 west from Indy to connect with I-80 in western IL. More rural, pleasant drive.
Don't forget to stop in Bloomington-Normal IL for Avanti's! Great Italian beef sandwiches and fresh bread. I went to school at ISU and had to bring $20 worth of their bread to a neighbor every trip home!
Like others have said, avoid Chicago with a trailer unless you REALLY like traffic

Why? If you were cited under a code for commercial vehicles you should be able to get it dismissed. Unless they thought you were selling burgers from an RVQ! :B
How could they prove that the trailer was over the 72 hr limit? (48 is still less than 72 right?) IIRC you mentioned there were no chalk marks placed on your tires. Unless the officer patrols your street daily, and you mentioned you aren't even in their patrol area, all they can attest to is that the trailer was parked there on ____date at ____time.
Sure its not an expensive ticket, but you did say it was the principle.
I wonder if you neighbor called CHP because the Sheriff's office did not or would not act on her complaint?

...the list goes on and on, I have HUNDREDS of DVDs to choose from
We do too, instead of going out to a movie we'll wait for the DVD to come out and own it for cheaper than 2 tickets would cost to see it "at the movies"
